Excel Crypto Spreadsheet Part 2. How to import web data into your excel

03:42
TO IMPORT CMC DATA: MAC 1. Create a microsoft word, enter the text 'https://coinmarketcap.com/' 2. Save the file as a .txt file type, except end the name with .iqy (you may need to rename the file with .iqy so excel will recognize it. 3. In Excel, go to the CMC data tab, click the first cell in the top left, and then click Data - Run External Data - Run Web Query and then click on the iqy file you created. 4. You'll see a huge chart with the top 100 coins and their prices. To the right of that is a grid I created, using a formula that will capture the price of your coin of interest, independent of what rank the coin has (this is a workaround from writing a script to fetch individual coin data). You can easily add new coins of interest by adding a new column. For more detailed step by step instructions, see https://3qdigital.com/experience/web-queries-mac-yes-can-heres PC Sorry I don't have a PC anymore! But the process is quite similar. Check out these previous reddit posts: https://www.reddit.com/r/ethtrader/comments/6b16fk/how_to_import_coinmarketcap_data_into_excel_and/ https://www.reddit.com/r/BitcoinMarkets/comments/6c2g43/if_you_want_to_keep_track_of_your/ https://i.imgur.com/q9VkMPn.jpg ---- I wanted to share an excel spreadsheet that I created. I use it to record all of my trades. It imports the current price of each coin from coinmarketcap.com to quickly summarize your total portfolio value - it updates every few minutes! It's a great way to look back on the coins you bought, at the prices you bought them, and how much money you've made from each coin. Also, by keeping track of how much USD (or other currency) that you put into crypto, and by keeping track of how much you pull out, you can easily calculate your capital gains (or losses) for your next year's tax forms. If you really enjoy using the spreadsheet and want to share the love, feel free to send me a tip! I'm currently unemployed and every little bit helps keep my family going, thank you. BCH Bitcoin Cash Address: 1E9tqnEcrf4pw67BWuLUUXbJL4aT8pDYRG ETH Ethereum Address: 0xfF47F898236941006885054E9AB4B52496F6D18d BTC Bitcoin Address: 1QKGtYKSR1ybBZEhXU3xdcmAcVrtTcQWKu Instructions for use: 1. There are three columns for each coin. a. In the left column, enter the amount of the coin you just bought or sold (e.g. -0.12, .55). This will total in the bottom row. b. In the center column, you can record the price of the coin when you bought it (this is optional, as I know some people trade pairs and would rather record the, for example, the cost of ETH using BTC). c. The right column, you can multiply the value in the left column and the value in the middle column to get the total amount of money you put into that transaction. 2. For each transaction… a. For USD to coin, I would enter the amount of USD that I spent or withdrew in the column on the left, and fill out the info for the coin in that coin's column. b. For coin to coin, I would fill out the info for each coin in the same row. For example, if I bought ETH with BTC, I would record the amount of BTC I spent (as a negative value in the leftmost column of the BTC section) and I would record the amount of ETH I bought (as a positive value in the leftmost column of the ETH section).

How To Get Rid of Pop Up Ads on Your Computer

06:10
Looking for How to get Rid of Pop Up Ads on Your Computer? Look no further before trying this free trick out. So here's what's happening... You go online. You surf the web. A notification or warning pops up. You click on it and here's another... ... And yet another...! Your computer has been INFECTED by the "Sleezy" I make light of this only because I was totally annoyed just this week when my PC, which I use primarily to run software for my online business, was heavily showing symptoms of having contracted the "Sleezy". The Sleezy is what I call the condition of my PC shortly after I download software from the free sites like C-Net. Am I against C-Net? No way! But totally against the sleezy practices of some internet antivirus companies who pray on the unlearned in the internet marketing industry. So in this video, and no it definitely is not one of my better productions. (Sorry) I show how to CLEAN YOUR COMPUTER OF POP UP ADS Now here's a disclaimer: Since I am not nor will I be the person who comes out to assess your computer for a diagnostic run, please TRY this strategy first Also look into downloading (yes this is probably how you got the pop up ads injected into your computer in the 1st place) a FREE SOFTWARE called Ad-Aware. As always be careful when downloading free software and ALL software. It's unfortunate that how most are offered is set up to make you 98% successful in downloading some unknown software. Not harmful to your computer, but annoying as ever!!!! I'll put a video up soon to show how to download free software safely. This is an audio version of the Wikipedia Article: ISO 4217 Listening is a more natural way of learning, when compared to reading. Written language only began at around 3200 BC, but spoken language has existed long ago. Learning by listening is a great way to: - increases imagination and understanding - improves your listening skills - improves your own spoken accent - learn while on the move - reduce eye strain Now learn the vast amount of general knowledge available on Wikipedia through audio (audio article). You could even learn subconsciously by playing the audio while you are sleeping! If you are planning to listen a lot, you could try using a bone conduction headphone, or a standard speaker instead of an earphone. This video uses Google TTS en-US-Standard-D voice. SUMMARY ======= ISO 4217 is a standard first published by International Organization for Standardization in 1978, which delineates currency designators, country codes (alpha and numeric), and references to minor units in three tables: Table A.1 – Current currency & funds code list Table A.2 – Current funds codes Table A.3 – List of codes for historic denominations of currencies & fundsThe tables, history and ongoing discussion are maintained by SIX Interbank Clearing on behalf of ISO and the Swiss Association for Standardization. The ISO 4217 code list is used in banking and business globally. In many countries the ISO codes for the more common currencies are so well known publicly that exchange rates published in newspapers or posted in banks use only these to delineate the currencies, instead of translated currency names or ambiguous currency symbols. ISO 4217 codes are used on airline tickets and international train tickets to remove any ambiguity about the price.
