Love your advice to "get over the fear of being fired." Experiment and test the boundaries. Write down a suggestion that people read 'The Startup Way' on a sheet of A4 and stick it up in a prominent location annonymously when nobody is looking. If the poster stays up a few days before the cleaners or someone else removes it, experiment with another poster suggesting a better way of working and see how long it stays on the wall. Over the next few months get the courage to make more audacious suggestions, and experiment with the hypothesis that nothing bad actually happens to people that suggest ways to make the company better. "Don't ask permission, just do, and then ask forgiveness."
