could u please make an example for em clustering... i understand the simple definition about two tossed coins but stuck with how to cluster documents with this algorithm. I've already got the tfidf value of each word in each documents but then i don't know how to use it to the em algorithm. please help

One way to do that is by taking length of string into consideration.

You took centroid as " 4.1111111, 5.2222222, 10 " but 5.2222222 and 10 are not there in data set thats why its giving error. For better understanding I have explained this part at 01:00 please watch again to understand where you did wrong.
