Hey Nikhil, SonarQube is a code analysis Tool, we can not analyse the binaries. BTW, to analyse Java codes you can follow this video. Thanks for your concern!!!

How do we add coverage report(gcov) in sonarqube for C/C++ project?
Logic Builder (7 months ago)
Hey Stuti, All you need to do is Generate XML using gcovr and give the path of xml for the following property in sonar-project.properties file sonar.cxx.coverage.reportPath=report.xml

Hi, Thanks for the Video... Could you please give a demo on how to analysis ANT based java project... It would be great if you share the video... Thanks
Logic Builder (10 months ago)
Hey sundar, Please play video again and what I have done for C++ project in this project, Just do the same for ant-java project. Use SONAR-ANT-TASK plugin instead of CXX. You can download it from here: https://docs.sonarqube.org/display/SCAN/Analyzing+with+SonarQube+Scanner+for+Ant Download it, copy it into <You drive>:\sonarqube-6.7.2\extensions\plugins and follow the video to make quality profile and to run sonar-scanner. hope this will help you. Still have problem, You can reach me anytime. Thanks

Hey, could you please upload the properties file for C++ Project.
Logic Builder (10 months ago)
Thanks Man, your appreciation really means a lot to me... :) For PC-Lint you can use "sonar.cxx.pclint.reportPath=<Path of your generated xml report>". But it will not work until you enable the rules. To enable rules please follow this link.... https://github.com/SonarOpenCommunity/sonar-cxx/wiki/Extending-the-code-analysis Hope this will help you.

Logic Builder Thanks man. Your video was really helpful. Yesterday while working in office I had to do this setup and I struggled for quite a some time as none of the other videos helped me specific to my need. But your video really helped. I would request you to provide some help for setting-up PC-Lint for sonar qube(Either by video or else if you have some document on the same). Thanks!!!
